Perhaps it was the most amazing match I have ever watched, in which The World No.1, Roger Federer stormed into the final of Australian Open after defeating the No.6 seed, Andy Roddick.
'Fed Express' blasted his way into the final in a most emphatic fashion, disposing of his opponent in straight sets in a lopsided semifinal. All the talk leading into the match had centred on how much Roddick had bridged the gap between himself and the Swiss master in the past year, but Federer quickly exposed such conjecture on the big stage of Rod Laver Arena. He blunted Roddick's powerful serves and whipped passing shots seemingly at will, leaving Roddick flat-footed and staring in disbelief.
Andy was fooled, because he believed he was playing against the world's best tennis player. Well, I believe, the God is on the court.
